以“立党为公、为民造福、科学决策、真抓实干”为总要求的树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育正在深入开展。以习近平同志为核心的党中央围绕“政绩为谁而树、树什么样的政绩、靠什么树政绩”等重大问题，形成了包括属性定位、决定性因素、评价导向、重要内容、干事态度、考核依据、保障体制等方面的价值观体系，并通过“使命导向—组织实施—制度保障”机制，嵌入选贤任能制度举措，赋能中国特色社会主义制度优势的提升与治理效能的转化。进一步用正确政绩观引领选贤任能，要以正确政绩观的价值导向引领选贤任能守正创新，将正确政绩观嵌入干部“选、育、管、用”全过程，以科学的“考核导向”和严密的“责任闭环”保障选贤任能制度优势的持久发挥，进而造就一支忠诚干净担当并不断自觉提升现代化建设能力的高素质干部队伍。

A correct view on governance performance—centered on the principles of serving the public interest, benefiting the people, sound decision-making and hard work—directly addresses the core questions of “for whom performance is pursued, what kind of performance is pursued, and on what basis it is evaluated.” A comprehensive evaluation system has formed, encompassing attribute positioning, decisive factors, value orientation, key components, work attitude, assessment criteria, and institutional safeguards. Following the working flow of “mission orientation–organizational implementation–institutional safeguards,” this system has effectively embedded into the practice for selecting and appointing capable officials, thereby strengthening the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics and enhancing governance eff ectiveness. To better leverage its guiding role, we should let the correct view be embedded throughout the entire process of selecting, fostering, managing, and utilizing officials, and meanwhile upholding scientific assessment orientation and rigorous accountability system. Such eff orts will foster a high-quality cadre team that is loyal, clean, responsible, and continuously improving its capacity for modernization.
